2. Purpose and scope

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of www.proframes.es and related services. By accessing the website you become a user and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website is aimed at eyewear trade professionals(opticians, optical stores, brands and sales agents). Product information is provided for information purposes and is not a binding offer.

3. B2B online shop (trade customers only)

The "Shop" link gives access to our B2B online shop, hosted on Shopify and reserved exclusively for Proframes optician customers with an active account. In relation to the shop:

Access requires registration and prior approval by Proframes. We may refuse or cancel access for users who are not trade professionals.
Orders placed through the shop are order requests and are subject to confirmation by Proframes (availability, and the commercial and payment terms agreed with each customer).
The shop does not collect or store bank or card details: no online payments are made. Invoicing and payment are handled outside the shop under the terms agreed with each customer.
Prices shown are trade prices and, unless otherwise stated, exclude VAT.
As these are business-to-business transactions, consumer protection rules (in particular the right of withdrawal) do not apply. Returns, warranties and delivery times are governed by the commercial terms agreed with each customer.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials safe and for notifying us of any unauthorised use.

4. Terms of use

Users undertake to use the website properly and not for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to good faith or public order, nor to introduce viruses, malicious code or any system that may damage the systems of Proframes or third parties, nor to attempt unauthorised access to restricted areas.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The website content (texts, design, logos, code and structure) belongs to Proframes Distribución Óptica S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use. Eyewear brands and their images (Variation Design, Spektre, Bricola Venezia, ARHLO, Nannini, Private Project, Lio Factory, District People and others) belong to their respective owners and are shown within our distribution or agency relationship. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express permission is prohibited.

6. Third-party links

The website contains links to third-party websites (for example, the brands' official websites). Proframes does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer

Proframes works to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date and applies reasonable security measures, but does not guarantee that the website is error-free or permanently available, and is not liable for damage caused by interruptions, viruses or access beyond its control, except where the law does not allow such exclusion.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the use of cookies by our Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid.
